We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the business. You will be the most senior person in the building — responsible for a team of five people across production, sales, fulfillment, and administration.

You'll report directly to the owner and collaborate on strategy and direction, but you'll have full autonomy over day-to-day decisions. Significant or financial decisions above a certain threshold will involve the owner — everything else is yours to handle.

This role suits someone who is self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and energised by variety. You won't be handed a set of instructions. You'll be expected to identify what needs to be done and do it.
