We make plant-based cheeses in Bali from cashews grown by the Muntigunung community. Our cheeses are halal and BPOM certified, award-winning, and sold in shops, cafés, restaurants and hotels across Bali and in Jakarta.
We're looking for a hands-on, all-round team member to make cheese with us, look after our shop and keep things running at the weekend.
Part-time, 20–40 hours a week
Every Saturday and Sunday, plus a few weekday half-days
Weekends 08:00–13:00 at least, sometimes longer
Singapadu Kaler, Gianyar, Bali
Rp 21,000 per hour
3-month probation, then a permanent contract
About the role
This is an all-round role. You'll join our small production team, and your main job is making our cheeses. But in a small business everyone pitches in, so you'll also serve customers in our shop, pack orders, keep everything clean and, when needed, help with deliveries. You fill in wherever you're needed most.
Weekends are the heart of this job. You'll work every Saturday and Sunday. Our shop is open 08:00–13:00 at the weekend, so you'll be there for that at least, and sometimes stay later when there's more to do. While you're training, someone from the team will work alongside you. Once you're trained, you'll run the weekend on your own: serving customers, packing orders and doing the planned production. During the week you'll also work a few half-days, which we'll agree with you around the team's schedule.
You'll work between 20 and 40 hours a week, depending on how busy we are, your availability and your performance.
What you'll do
Your first months
STEP 1
Learn alongside the team
You'll work next to our production team, learning our recipes, hygiene rules, the shop and how we pack orders.
STEP 2
Take on more
Step by step, you'll do more tasks by yourself, with the team there to check your work and help.
STEP 3
Run the weekend
Once you're ready, you'll look after the weekend on your own. After your 3-month probation, you'll move to a permanent contract.

- You work in a clean, tidy and organised way
- Available every Saturday and Sunday, without exception
- Reliable, on time, and someone we can trust to work alone once trained
- English is not required
Nice to have
- Experience in food production, a kitchen, bakery or café
- A food-handling certificate
- Experience serving customers
- Your own motorbike and SIM C, for occasional deliveries
- Living near Singapadu Kaler, Gianyar

- Rp 21,000 per hour, 20–40 hours a week
