Overview
The Sales & Account Manager is responsible for identifying new B2B clients, pitching our products, supporting chefs and owners during the trial phase, and guiding accounts to stable monthly ordering. This role blends sales, customer activation, and light account management before handing accounts over to our operations team.
Success in this role requires independence, persistence, excellent communication, and a strong ability to build relationships with food service professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential B2B clients for our products.
- Schedule meetings and pitch our products to chefs/owners.
- Support new customers through menu development to first order.
- Record all outreach, meetings, follow-ups
- Prepare activity reports and KPI summaries
- Guide new accounts for the first 2 months of sales.
Must Have
- Proven strong sales experience, min. 3 years
- Strong spoken English
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia
- Confident, professional communication style
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Motivated, proactive, driven
- Able to work independently without supervision
Nice to have
- Experience selling to restaurants, hotels, cafes, retailers.
- Understanding of cheese (usage, pairing, flavor profiles).
- Familiarity with Bali's F&B scene (Bonus: industry contacts)
- Comfort discussing taste, texture, and food pairing with chefs.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & New Business Development
- Identify and target high-potential cafés, pizza shops, delis, wine bars, hotels, restaurants, and caterers.
- Conduct outreach via WhatsApp, calls, email, and in-person visits.
- Schedule and attend meetings with chefs, owners, and managers.
- Deliver samples and present our product range clearly and professionally.
- Follow up consistently to convert samples into first orders.
Account Activation & Short-Term Management
- Support new customers through menu testing, portioning, and product usage.
- Help customers troubleshoot early issues and understand the product.
- Guide new accounts through the first 2–6 months until purchasing stabilises.
- Build trust and ensure customers feel supported in the early adoption phase.
- Hand over fully activated accounts to operations for long-term management.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear updates.
- Log outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and results in company templates.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly KPI summaries.
- Forecast potential revenue from active prospects.
Field Work & Collaboration
- Spend 2–3 days per week in the field meeting prospects.
- Spend 1-2 days per week in our office for planning, reporting, and training.
- Coordinate with operations for samples, stock, and customer handover.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Compensation Package
Basic Salary
- Rp 5,000,000 per month
- Dependent on experience level
Sales Commission
- 7% of revenue from new accounts (Months 1-3)
- 4% of revenue from new accounts (Months 4-6)
- Commission ends 6 months after first order
Volume Bonuses
- One-time bonuses when new accounts reach higher sales volumes.
